INCENTIVE project is having its first live webinar of the series “Institutional changes for Citizen Science”. Some of the webinars of the series will run jointly with our sister project TIME4CS.
The webinar is called “Establishing a Citizen Science Hub at the University of Twente” and will be held online on the 12th of April, at 10:00 CET. The webinar is organised by the DeisgnLab of the University of Twente (coordinator of INCENTIVE).

About the webinar:
Are you looking for ways to connect more to society by engaging citizens? Are diversity, equality, and open access of added value to you? Join our webinar on establishing a Citizen Science Hub. We will take you along our journey to realize Citizen Science Hub at four European universities while focusing on the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Learn how our initiative was established and what changes your institution needs to make in order to fully embrace Citizen Science.
You will have the chance to:
- Learn about the establishment process that the University of Twente followed in the establishment of its Citizen Science Hub.
- Consider and evaluate the building blocks of a Citizen Science Hub in your institution
- Get inspired by other colleagues and their ideas
- Get connected with other important CS Stakeholders
